As a customer of The Minority Marketplace Portal, you will receive a FREE subdomain for joining The Minority Marketplace for the first time.
The Minority Marketplace will be responsible to upkeep, if you, failed to pay (or cancel the membership), the subdomain may/can remain with The Minority Marketplace, who may choose to continue or close down the sub-domain.
If you cancel your membership, you will pay all your debts before handed. When you (re)join again, you will be responsible to pay membership fee ($10 USD (all membership)/1000 KSH (all membership)).
You are responsible for safeguarding the private information but not only limited to ie passwords, names, telephone numbers, email address, etc, that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. You expressly agree that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of any misrepresentations you make in this regard.
As a customer of The Minority Marketplace, you clearly understand that your business/organization will be rated by consumers/customers. The Minority Marketplace is not responsible for any ratings and/or comments.
When you rate a business/organization within The Minority Marketplace, you will not abuse/spam. you will use clean and professional language. If you fail to do so, The Minority Marketplace has the right to delete your ratings/comments, which will lead to warnings. You understand after three (3) warnings, you can be fined and/or banned from The Minority Marketplace.
As a customer of The Minority Marketplace, you clearly acknowledge, that it is your responsibility to provide The Minority Marketplace with accurate information. If anything changes, it is my responsibility to contact The Minority Marketplace via email firstname.lastname@example.org to update/inform them.
As a customer of The Minority Marketplace, you will not abuse any members, The Minority Marketplace, and/or customer via online/offline. If you fail to do so, you understand you may be banned from the website The Minority Marketplace and/or fined up to $100USD
As a customer of The Minority Marketplace, you clearly understand the name, website, logos, pictures, writing, advertising, products, services, diagrams, colors, drawing, comments, ratings, online/offline, social media, and etc belong/licensed to The Minority Marketplace. You will not copy, misuse, abuse, or do/say/write anything negative. If you fail, The Minority Marketplace has the right to delete/banned you and/or your account.
As a customer of The Minority Marketplace, you understand it’s your responsibility to provide The Minority Marketplace and online/offline customers with proper products/services. You will deliver/ship the products/services that you promise to fulfill in timely manner. If you fail to do, you can be warned/fined and/or banned from The Minority Marketplace.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Minority Marketplace.
The Minority Marketplace has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Minority Marketplace shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
